• Messages and attachments: the content of conversations and any files, images, audio, or video you send in the app.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe); we do not store your card details on our servers.
• Device and notification data: your push notification token (FCM) used to deliver message and class alerts.
• Usage data: attendance, live-class participation, and quiz/exam results.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information for the following purposes:

• Provide the educational service and manage courses and live classes.
• Enable messaging between students and teachers and send notifications.
• Process fees and payments.
• Record attendance and display results and reports.
• Improve the platform and protect it from abuse.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers to operate the app:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Google Firebase for push notifications and hosting services.
• Google Calendar / Meet for generating live-class meeting links.
• Cloud storage services for storing uploaded files and images.

Notifications

We send push notifications to alert you about new messages and classes. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for educational use and may include minor students under the supervision of the school and their guardians. Data of minor students is handled within the educational relationship, and we do not knowingly collect data from children independently of the school or guardian.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymized.
